Leanne is a fully-qualified Business Psychologist, with over 14 years of experience developing high-performance cultures in leading private and public organisations, including the NHS, Department for Work & Pensions, Pinnacle People and Arielle Executive. She brings the science and best practice to every episode — and created the RX7 framework to help leaders diagnose and fix workplace culture.

Al Elliott
Al is definitely NOT a Business Psychologist. For the last 20+ years he's been an owner-leader of multiple businesses, with vast experience clarifying objectives and thinking creatively about processes for organisations like Salford Council and FC United of Manchester, and has been featured on BBC News and in the Financial Times. His job is to make sure every episode contains practical, implementable advice any leader can use immediately.
